1. Services

Techoffee provides website design, website development, website maintenance, social media management, and related digital services for small and medium businesses.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Custom pricing is provided for each project based on specific requirements.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project.
Website development costs are one-time payments.
Social media management plans are recurring monthly payments.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-designed work and deliverables become the property of the client.
Techoffee reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, templates) remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project completion.
No refunds will be provided for work already completed and delivered.
For ongoing services (like social media management), cancellation must be communicated 30 days in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, assets, and feedback.
Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techoffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
